KP Media and ITC Publishing outlined plans for future development in internet projects as well as magazines.

 

KP Media will become one of the shareholders in LLC ITC Publishing and strategic investor with a minority shareholding. Both companies will work together for launching new titles and internet projects.

 

ITC is the leader in IT and Computer media sector in Ukraine with leading print titles as well as internet sites. Additionally, ITC publishes numerous specialist titles.

 

KP Media is a leader in News publications as well as the largest internet company in Ukraine.

 

All operations for both companies will remain separate, though limited integration for internet projects is foreseen in the future.
